19. How Account Deactivation & Deletion Works in App
User Requests Deactivation Go to Profile → Edit → "Deactivate Account" at the bottom. Click the option to confirm deactivation. Account Status Changes Your account is immediately deactivated (hidden from others). You cannot log in unless you reactivate within 90 days. 90-Day Inactivity Period If you do not log in for 90 days, your account and data are scheduled for permanent deletion. You'll receive an email reminder (if applicable) before deletion. Permanent Deletion After 90 days of inactivity, all account data is erased and cannot be recovered. ⚠️ Important: To cancel deletion, simply log in during the 90-day window. Deactivated accounts won't appear in searches or to other users
