Neem Connect $100 Contractor Job Completion Incentive Policy

1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the $100 incentive, the contractor must:

• Have an active and approved Neem Connect contractor account.
• Accept an eligible job through the Neem Connect platform.
• Complete all work and tasks included in the agreed job scope.
• Complete the work professionally and in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, permits, and industry standards.
• Upload clear before and after photos of the work. Progress photos may also be required depending on the job.
• Mark the job as completed through the Neem Connect platform.
• Request that the customer confirm completion and provide an honest review or rating.
• Allow Neem Connect to conduct a site visit to verify the completed work.

A positive review is not required. Contractors must not pressure or improperly influence customers to provide positive ratings or reviews.

2. Verification & Payment

Once the job is completed, Neem Connect will review the submitted information and verify that the requirements of this Policy have been met. Neem Connect may contact the customer or request additional information or documentation where necessary.

Once approved, the contractor will receive the $100 CAD incentive through the payment method made available by Neem Connect.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one $100 incentive per qualifying job will be issued.
• A job cannot be divided, duplicated, or reposted to receive multiple incentives.
• Cancelled, incomplete, abandoned, refunded, disputed, or unverifiable jobs do not qualify.
• Neem Connect may establish reasonable limits on the number of incentives a contractor may receive during a promotional period.

3. Fraud & Disqualification

Neem Connect may deny or withhold the incentive if a contractor fails to meet the requirements of this Policy or if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation, including fake or staged jobs, false information or photos, duplicate accounts, manipulated reviews, or collusion with a customer.

Neem Connect may suspend or remove a contractor from the incentive program and may seek repayment of incentives obtained through fraud or material misrepresentation.

4. Program Terms

The $100 Job Completion Incentive is a promotional program. Neem Connect may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program or change eligibility requirements for future jobs at any time.

Payment of the incentive does not constitute Neem Connect's certification, warranty, or guarantee of the contractor's work. Contractors remain responsible for their services, workmanship, licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

By participating in the program, contractors agree to this Policy and Neem Connect's applicable Terms and policies.
