Neem Connect Referral Program
Terms & Conditions
The Neem Connect Referral Program rewards eligible users for referring new homeowners, customers, contractors, service providers, and businesses to the Neem Connect platform.
1. How It Works
Share your unique Neem Connect referral link or code. To qualify:
- The referred person or business must be a new Neem Connect user.
- They must register using your referral link or code.
- They must complete the applicable qualifying activity.
- Neem Connect must verify and approve the referral.
Creating an account alone does not qualify for a referral reward.
2. Qualified Referrals
A referral becomes a Qualified Referral when the new user completes the requirements of the applicable promotion, which may include:
- Homeowners/Customers: Creating a verified account and posting a legitimate job or service request.
- Contractors/Businesses: Creating a verified account, completing their profile, and participating in a legitimate service, listing, or job opportunity.
Specific requirements may vary by promotion.
3. Referral Rewards
The current reward amount and any bonuses will be displayed on the Neem Connect referral page or applicable promotion.
Approved rewards will generally be issued within 30 days of verification.
Each new user may qualify for only one referral reward, and rewards cannot be transferred between accounts.
4. Fraud & Misuse
Referral rewards will not be issued for:
- Self-referrals or duplicate accounts;
- Fake users, jobs, listings, reviews, or transactions;
- Misleading or inaccurate information;
- Activity created primarily to obtain referral rewards; or
- Any other manipulation or abuse of the program.
Neem Connect may withhold, cancel, or reverse rewards where fraud, misuse, cancellation, or a violation of these Terms is identified.
6. Program Changes
Neem Connect may modify, suspend, or end the Referral Program or change reward amounts and qualifying requirements at any time.
Rewards already earned and approved will generally be honoured unless fraud, misuse, or an error is identified.
7. Privacy & Taxes
Personal information related to the Referral Program will be handled according to Neem Connect’s Privacy Policy.
Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with rewards received.
8. Acceptance
By participating in the Neem Connect Referral Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Neem Connect’s applicable policies.
Neem Connect reserves the right to verify referral activity and determine eligibility for rewards.
