Neem Connect $100 Homeowner Job Completion Incentive Policy

1. Homeowner Eligibility

To qualify for the $100 Homeowner Job Completion Incentive, the homeowner/customer must:

• Have an active Neem Connect account in good standing.
• Post a genuine job through the Neem Connect platform.
• Select and hire a contractor through Neem Connect.
• Have the contractor perform the work described in the job posting.
• Meet the minimum qualifying job value described in this Policy.
• Have the qualifying job completed within 30 calendar days from the original date the job was posted.
• Confirm completion through Neem Connect.
• Submit an honest review of the contractor through Neem Connect.
• Submit the required before-and-after photos.
• Provide a final invoice and proof of payment when required.
• Cooperate with Neem Connect's verification process.
• Provide accurate and truthful information relating to the job, contractor, payment, review, photos and completed work.

All requirements must be completed before the incentive can be approved.

2. Minimum Qualifying Job Value

To qualify for the $100 incentive, the completed job must have a minimum verified value of:

$750 CAD before applicable taxes

The qualifying amount must represent genuine services and/or materials actually supplied as part of the completed project.

For purposes of determining the qualifying job value, Neem Connect may consider the final amount actually invoiced and paid by the homeowner.

The following amounts may be excluded when determining eligibility:

• Applicable taxes;
• Refunded amounts;
• Cancelled charges;
• Rebates;
• Artificially inflated charges;
• Financing fees;
• Amounts that were not actually paid; and
• Any amount Neem Connect reasonably determines was added primarily to reach the minimum promotional threshold.

Jobs must not be artificially increased, divided, combined, duplicated or otherwise manipulated for the purpose of qualifying for the incentive.

3. 30-Day Job Completion Requirement

The complete qualifying job must be successfully completed within:

30 calendar days from the original date the job was posted on Neem Connect.

Editing, cancelling, reposting, duplicating or creating another version of the same job does not restart the 30-day qualification period.

Jobs completed outside the qualifying period are not eligible for the promotional incentive unless Neem Connect expressly provides otherwise in writing.

4. Contractor Requirements

For the homeowner's job to qualify, the contractor must:

• Have an active and approved Neem Connect contractor account.
• Be selected or connected to the job through Neem Connect.
• Perform the actual work associated with the posted job.
• Complete the work in accordance with the agreed job scope.
• Mark the job as completed through Neem Connect.
• Provide truthful information regarding the work performed.
• Provide invoices or other supporting documentation where required.
• Cooperate with Neem Connect's verification process.
• Comply with applicable licensing, insurance, permit, safety and legal requirements applicable to the contractor and the work performed.

The contractor must not create, control or manipulate the homeowner's account, review or supporting documentation.

5. Mandatory Homeowner Review

A completed job is not eligible for the $100 incentive until the homeowner submits a genuine review through Neem Connect.

The review must reflect the homeowner's actual experience with the contractor and the completed job.

The review can be positive, neutral or negative.

The homeowner is not required to leave a positive review to qualify for the incentive.

The amount or availability of the promotional reward is not determined by:

• The star rating;
• Whether the review is positive or negative;
• Whether the homeowner recommends the contractor; or
• Any particular opinion expressed by the homeowner.

Neem Connect encourages homeowners to provide honest and accurate feedback.

The following are not permitted:

• Fake reviews;
• Reviews written by the contractor on behalf of the homeowner;
• Reviews dictated or controlled by the contractor;
• Reviews submitted from another person's account;
• Copied reviews;
• Coordinated or fabricated reviews;
• Misleading reviews; or
• Reviews created solely to obtain the promotional incentive without a genuine completed job.

Neem Connect may reject the promotional incentive where the review cannot reasonably be verified as genuine.

6. Mandatory Job Photos

The homeowner must provide clear photos relating to the qualifying job as part of the completion and review process.

At minimum, Neem Connect may require:

• Before photos showing the condition before the work was performed; and
• After photos showing the completed work.

The photos must relate to the actual job submitted through Neem Connect.

Photos must not be:

• Downloaded from the internet;
• Taken from another project;
• Reused from another Neem Connect job;
• Artificially created or manipulated to misrepresent the work;
• Screenshots of unrelated images; or
• Submitted from another location for the purpose of obtaining an incentive.

Neem Connect may request additional progress photos, videos or other supporting information where reasonably necessary.

7. Invoice and Proof of Payment

Neem Connect may require the homeowner and/or contractor to submit a final invoice showing:

• Customer name;
• Contractor or business name;
• Job location;
• Description of work performed;
• Date of service;
• Final job amount; and
• Applicable taxes, where applicable.

Neem Connect may also require proof that the homeowner actually paid the contractor.

Acceptable proof may include:

• E-transfer confirmation;
• Credit card payment record;
• Debit payment record;
• Cheque;
• Bank transaction record;
• Payment receipt; or
• Another reasonably verifiable payment method.

An invoice by itself does not necessarily establish that payment occurred.

Cash transactions may be subject to additional verification. Neem Connect may reject a cash transaction where the payment or completed work cannot reasonably be verified.

Refunded, reversed, disputed, cancelled or unpaid transactions do not qualify.

8. Job Completion Alone Does Not Qualify

Simply marking a job as completed does not qualify the homeowner for the $100 incentive.

The normal qualification process is:

All applicable requirements must be satisfied before payment is approved.

9. Verification Process

Neem Connect reserves the right to verify every promotional claim before issuing a reward.

Verification may include:

• Reviewing the original job posting;
• Reviewing account creation dates;
• Reviewing contractor selection;
• Reviewing before, progress and after photos;
• Reviewing the homeowner's review;
• Reviewing invoices and receipts;
• Reviewing proof of payment;
• Contacting the homeowner;
• Contacting the contractor;
• Requesting additional documentation;
• Reviewing platform activity;
• Reviewing account relationships;
• Reviewing device and account information where permitted;
• Reviewing whether photos have been reused;
• Reviewing previous promotional claims;
• Conducting a video verification;
• Conducting a site visit where additional verification is reasonably required; and
• Taking other reasonable steps to confirm that the job and transaction are genuine.

Neem Connect is not required to conduct every verification method for every job.

Additional verification may be used where activity appears unusual or presents an increased risk of fraud or abuse.

10. Self-Dealing, Related Accounts and Collusion

The promotional program is intended for genuine transactions between independent homeowners and contractors.

The incentive may be denied where Neem Connect reasonably determines that the transaction has been created, arranged or manipulated primarily for the purpose of obtaining promotional rewards.

This includes circumstances where:

• The homeowner and contractor accounts are controlled by the same person;
• One person creates multiple accounts;
• One person controls both the customer and contractor accounts;
• A contractor creates a homeowner account to post a job for themselves;
• A homeowner creates or controls a contractor account;
• Friends, family members or other persons coordinate fake transactions;
• Multiple users repeatedly exchange artificial jobs for promotional rewards;
• There is undisclosed common ownership or control between participating accounts;
• A job was not genuinely required or performed;
• The transaction has been staged; or
• The parties otherwise work together to improperly obtain promotional funds.

A friendship or family relationship by itself does not automatically make a legitimate job ineligible.

However, Neem Connect may require additional verification where parties are related or connected.

11. Referrer Cannot Be the Contractor

Where a job is connected to the Neem Connect Referral Program, the person receiving the referral reward must not also financially benefit from performing the referred job.

A referrer is not eligible for a referral reward where the referrer is also:

• The contractor performing the job;
• The owner of the contracting company performing the job;
• An employee of the contractor performing the job;
• A subcontractor performing the job;
• A representative or agent of the contractor; or
• Another person who directly financially benefits from the contractor being selected for that job.

Neem Connect may reject a referral reward where the referral relationship has been created primarily to generate promotional payments.

12. Referral Program Jobs

Where an eligible new homeowner registers through a qualifying Neem Connect referral and completes all requirements of both programs:

• The eligible homeowner may receive a $100 Homeowner Job Completion Incentive; and
• The eligible referrer may receive a separate $100 Referral Reward.

Both payments remain subject to the applicable Referral Program Terms & Conditions and this Policy.

Therefore, a qualifying referral may result in:

Homeowner: $100 CAD

Eligible Referrer: $100 CAD

However, neither reward is earned merely because an account was registered or a job was posted.

The qualifying job must be genuinely completed and verified.

13. No Unauthorized Promotional Stacking

Unless Neem Connect expressly states otherwise, the same completed job cannot be used repeatedly to generate multiple overlapping Neem Connect promotional incentives.

Where a qualifying job receives:

• A $100 Homeowner Job Completion Incentive; and
• A $100 Referral Reward;

the same job will not qualify for any additional contractor completion incentive or other promotional payment unless Neem Connect expressly authorizes the additional promotion.

Neem Connect may determine which promotional offer applies where multiple promotions potentially overlap.

14. One Job, One Promotional Claim

Unless Neem Connect expressly provides otherwise:

• A homeowner may receive only one Homeowner Job Completion Incentive for the same job.
• A job may only be associated with one qualifying referral.
• A job cannot be divided into multiple smaller jobs to receive multiple rewards.
• A job cannot be duplicated or reposted to restart eligibility.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created for the same individual for promotional purposes.
• The same completed work cannot be submitted through multiple accounts.
• The same invoice cannot be used to support multiple unrelated promotional claims.
• The same before-and-after photos cannot be used for multiple unrelated jobs.

Neem Connect may establish additional limits on promotional participation where necessary to prevent abuse.

15. Jobs That Do Not Qualify

The $100 incentive will not be issued for:

• Jobs valued below the minimum qualifying amount;
• Jobs completed more than 30 calendar days after the original posting date;
• Jobs that are not completed;
• Cancelled jobs;
• Abandoned jobs;
• Refunded jobs;
• Disputed transactions where completion or payment cannot reasonably be verified;
• Fake jobs;
• Staged jobs;
• Fabricated jobs;
• Jobs posted solely to obtain promotional funds;
• Duplicate jobs;
• Reposted jobs designed to obtain another reward;
• Artificially divided jobs;
• Jobs arranged entirely outside Neem Connect and later posted solely to claim an incentive;
• False invoices;
• Artificially inflated invoices;
• False receipts;
• False payment records;
• Fake or misleading reviews;
• Fake, copied or reused photos;
• Duplicate accounts;
• Fraudulent accounts;
• Self-dealing;
• Collusion between participants;
• Jobs Neem Connect cannot reasonably verify;
• Transactions involving material misrepresentation; or
• Any activity intended to manipulate or abuse the promotional program.

16. Fraud Detection and Account Review

Neem Connect may review account and transaction information for signs of fraud or abuse.

Examples of information that may cause additional verification include:

• Multiple accounts associated with the same person;
• Multiple accounts using the same device;
• Repeated use of the same contact information;
• Repeated use of the same payment information;
• Unusual referral patterns;
• Unusually high numbers of promotional claims;
• Repeated transactions involving the same users;
• Multiple jobs using identical photos or invoices;
• Customer and contractor accounts created within unusually similar timeframes;
• Jobs posted and immediately completed without a reasonable service timeline; and
• Other unusual account or transaction patterns.

The presence of one such factor does not automatically establish fraud.

Neem Connect may use these factors to determine whether additional verification is appropriate.

17. Withholding, Denial and Recovery of Rewards

Neem Connect may delay, withhold, deny, cancel or reverse a promotional reward where:

• Eligibility requirements have not been satisfied;
• Required documentation has not been provided;
• Information cannot reasonably be verified;
• Information provided is false or misleading;
• Fraud or abuse is suspected;
• A transaction is refunded or reversed;
• A review or supporting evidence is determined to be fabricated;
• A participant refuses to cooperate with reasonable verification; or
• The participant violates this Policy or other applicable Neem Connect terms.

Where an incentive has already been paid and Neem Connect later identifies fraud, material misrepresentation or an ineligible transaction, Neem Connect may seek repayment of the promotional amount and may restrict the participant from future promotions.

18. Account Suspension and Promotional Restrictions

Neem Connect may restrict or suspend participation in promotional programs where it reasonably identifies repeated abuse, fraudulent activity or material violations of this Policy.

Depending on the circumstances, Neem Connect may:

• Cancel pending promotional claims;
• Restrict future promotional participation;
• Suspend an account;
• Remove an account from the platform; or
• Take other action permitted under Neem Connect's Terms of Service.

19. Contractor Responsibility

Contractors remain solely responsible for:

• Their workmanship;
• Pricing;
• Quotations;
• Materials;
• Employees and subcontractors;
• Licensing;
• Insurance;
• Permits;
• Taxes;
• Safety requirements; and
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Neem Connect provides a platform that helps homeowners and contractors connect.

Neem Connect does not perform the contractor's work and is not a party to the service agreement between the homeowner and contractor.

Neem Connect's verification of a job or payment of a promotional incentive does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, certification or guarantee of the contractor's services or workmanship.

A homeowner may submit a negative review and still qualify for the incentive, provided all other eligibility requirements have been satisfied.

20. Disputes Between Homeowners and Contractors

Any dispute concerning:

• Quality of workmanship;
• Pricing;
• Scope of work;
• Delays;
• Materials;
• Payment;
• Damage;
• Refunds; or
• Contractor obligations

remains primarily between the homeowner and contractor.

Neem Connect may consider an unresolved dispute when determining whether a promotional claim can reasonably be verified.

21. Promotional Payment

Once Neem Connect confirms that all applicable requirements have been satisfied, the eligible homeowner will receive:

$100 CAD

Payment will be issued using a payment or reward method made available by Neem Connect.

A promotional reward is not considered earned until Neem Connect has completed its verification and approved the claim.

Processing times may vary where additional verification is required.

22. Program Availability

The Homeowner Job Completion Incentive is a limited promotional program offered at Neem Connect's discretion.

The program may be limited by:

• Geographic region;
• Job category;
• Job value;
• User eligibility;
• Promotional period;
• Number of available incentives; or
• Promotional budget.

Neem Connect may modify, suspend, extend or discontinue the promotion, or change eligibility requirements for future jobs, subject to applicable law.

Changes will apply prospectively according to the terms announced by Neem Connect.

23. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of the promotional and verification process will be handled in accordance with Neem Connect's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Participants should only provide information reasonably necessary to verify their eligibility.

Where proof of payment or other financial documents are requested, participants may be permitted to redact unrelated sensitive transaction information, provided the information necessary to verify the qualifying transaction remains visible.

24. Taxes

Participants are responsible for determining whether any tax reporting or payment obligations apply to promotional rewards they receive.

Neem Connect does not provide individual tax advice.

25. Acceptance of Policy

By participating in the Neem Connect Homeowner Job Completion Incentive, the homeowner and participating contractor agree to comply with this Policy, Neem Connect's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Referral Program Terms & Conditions where applicable, and other applicable platform rules.

Where this Policy conflicts with another promotional rule relating specifically to the Homeowner Job Completion Incentive, this Policy will govern that promotional incentive unless Neem Connect expressly states otherwise.
